Lost audio on 2005 C320 radio today ...

Hello forum friends -

I seem to be having some issue with my radio. The radio has been fine - no problems thus far. I was running some errands today, and when I got in to go from one errand to the next, I noticed that there was no music playing. I hit the mute button thinking that's what it was, but nothing. Adjusted the volume, still nothing. It scans, seeks, the weather band picks up a signal, but there is nothing audible coming out ... total silence.

Would pulling the fuses do anyting to reset the radio? Perhaps another issue going on? Thanks for any help you might be able to provide.
