Your dealer can help you and will check proof of ownership, protecting both you and other Mercedes owners. (Unlike providing codes on forums)

Code Question

Hi CaseyRose714,
The radio you have is one of two they used, CM2190 with 5 preset buttons and no CD changer capability with a 5 digit code and CM2191 with 6 preset buttons and CD changer capability with 4 digit code. The problem with going to the dealer with your VIN# is that most if not all will come up with the wrong code for you. I can, however, change the code your radio calls for so you will have a working code for it. I charge very little for this service. It is more of a right thing to do than a money maker since the dealers can't get their software to work right. Contact me via my WEBSITE.
