2002 C320, radio comes on but has no sound

2002 C320
Repair radio, it comes on but has no sound, not sure about the speaker or not how to get to it.

that car has a Bose amp. it could be defective. becker can help test the radio and amp to see which one is defective www.beckerautosound.com
