Stuck cassette in my '95 E320

Is there some way to get this out. The radio doesn't recognize that there is a cassette inserted so won't eject.

Any thoughts

Probably it is not that the deck doesn't know that there is a cassette in it but rather the tape is wrapped around the capstan and will not allow the cassette to be ejected. The only way to fix this is to take the deck apart and try to get the tape unraveled from the capstan..It is not an easy task sometimes but will solve your problem.
