2000 E430 4MATIC CD Changer in Trunk

I do not have a separate manual for the 2000 E430 4MATIC's CD Changer (in the trunk). I don't even know if it still works. When I choose CD on the radio deck I get an ambiguous message like No CD or No CD Aux.??

Does anyone have a reference for the operation of this particular feature. Thanks, CJTucker

Will the magazine eject and is there a CD in the magazine?

I could not get the magazine to eject. I did not try with the radio on, only with the car on. Thanks CJ

Ok so I turned the car on and the radio on and opened the CD changer. When I press the "eject button" it blinked green but nothing happened. Radio actrsed like it wanted to play a travck but tgen said "no magazine"???
