how to store the initial turn on volume for the radio, cd player, etc.

Somewhere I thought I read in my manual how to store the initial turn on volume for the command center (Radio, CD PLayer, etc), but I can't seem to find it. I would like the radio and phone volume to be stored so the radio and phone volume will start where I want it to.. Right now it does not start at the same level all the time.

Any help is appreciated.
