Radio stopped working - fuse OK

I have been experiencing a few odd electrical issues recently.

1) Radio no longer turns on

2) Dome light and fasten seat belt sign have been flashing - Seatbelt sign constently

3) Sunroof has been not responding

Are all of these related? How can I begin to troubleshoot?

What fuse is OK? Did you check fuse nr. 9 ( white, 8 A).
In my car, a 300TD turbo, the sunroof is on fuse A red,16 A but
nr. feeds a relay that controls I don't what (yet!).
So it wouldn't amace my your problems are all related.
If fuses are OK, check the fuses contact points.
I cleaned mine with a little wire brush in a Dremel tool, an easy and
quick job curing a lot of small spooky problems.

Even if the fuse looks O.K., throw it away and put in a new one.

This practice have saved me a lot of headaches on all of my Mercedes cars.
