Rip out Bose system

I have a 99 e-300 td with the Bose system (at best just average sound)

What should it cost me to bring it up to a good to better system by a professional installer? Not an all out top of the line install just something with a nice clean sound (and a good AM section).

The Bose system has Amps at each speaker so they ALL have to be rewired and changed.
