How to replace 107 antenna fender seal?

Checked the threads. How do you replace the antenna seal on a fender of a 107? I'm not even sure how to get to the antenna in the trunk behind the carpet. It has two metal tabs that don't appear to pull out to even get to the antenna. Anyone with help would be greatly appreciated. The antenna is loose in the seal and I don't want water to get in. Thanks.
