Mercedes-Benz APS 30 + phone

Does anyone know whether the Mercedes-Benz APS 30 head unit can control the factory fit mobile telephone? I know it has the muting function, but can it be used to dial calls and access the phone book as on the Audio 30? A picture of the APS 30 appears below:
