gently does it

the two side carpeted panels are "one piece" and have to be finagled out.
('kinda like putting in/removing shirt studs and cuff links when the opening is too small.)

the carpeted under-trunklid I've never had occasionto remove, but just from
looking at it : it must detach from the front ('cause you've got to lower it in
the rear to avoid damage to the trunk light switch)

To remove the side panels: remove the panel that faces the back seat ... there are two metal clips holding it at the top. The side panels fit into grooves on either side of this rear panel. As mentioned finagle them out being careful not to permanently bend any portion of the side panels ... best to remove the rear light housings for more room (turn the tab 90 degrees and they pop right out).

As for the trunk lid panel: First remove the fastener on the outside of each hinge arm ... these are 2-piece fasteners. Pry under the button head to remove the 'pin' insert, then remove the shaft piece. Starting at the hinge area carefully pull the carpeted liner away from the trunk lid to release the various plastic clips that snap into holes in the trunk lid assembly. If you break any of the plastic clips the dealers sell replacements. Yours are apt to be fairly brittle.
