Seat Swap, need help

So ultimately I was going to have a professional help with this, but budget constraints might force me to take on a DIY job. I sourced a palomino leather interior out of a totaled early gen W123 to replace my two front seats. The passenger seat isn't in bad shape at all, but I plan on pulling both out for continuity (if anyone wants it, definitely let me know). The belt buckles do not match up to the later generation seat belts in my 85, so I need to swap brackets and the buckle assembly onto the new old seats. Wondering if anyone has experience with MacGyvering unoriginal seats into the car? I could use some help

The earlier seats should bolt right to the floor. Bolt the front bolts first as you may need to sit in the seat and using the side handle raise the seat in order to have good access to the rear bolts. The 85 seat belt latch should bolt directly to the inside of the older seat on both seats. You will also need to unbolt the sliding bar from the rear of your 85 transmission tunnel in order to get the entire seat belt latch. The 85 latches should be bolted on before installing the seats. All of this can be done with a 10mm and 13mm socket.
