123 & 124 visors
Are they interchangeable? Any problems if they're not? I'm talking about the entire visors, not just the mirrors w/ lights.
I'd like to get some nice 124 sunvisors in the same color as my 123 sunvisors (palomino/java) so I can swap them, so that I have the extension for when the sun is on my driver window and the 123 visor can't reach far enough. Btw I have illuminated visors on my w123.

Well, if your visors are anything like mine (and I assume they are exactly like mine!) they actually fit up into a recessed 'pocket' in the windshield/roof upholstry. If you attempt to install a longer visor, it simply would not fit.
I actually bought a nice set of palomino visors from a guy right here on this forum and they apparently were taken off another vehicle other than a w123! After installing them, they did not fit up into the recess. He is looking for another pair for me! I do hope this helps you... ![]()

They don't fit. I got a mint set of palomino's, was so excited and it was a no go. I wish it were that easy.
