WHich Brand of Chrome Cleaner?

Does anyone know what the best brand of chrome cleaner is? I've heard of some kind that removes a thin layer of the chrome. Is this any good?

windex works as good as anything i have seen.

I will use my klasse wax ("all in one" red bottle) sometimes.

Using a semichrome or similar polish makes noooo difference..you just spend more.

I use 'Autosol' which I find works really well. Seems to contain a very very fine grit which brings chrome up beautifully. Small white bottle, (about 150ml i think), but you don't use much. Needs redoing every couple of months, but it really is good.

Yeah, there are tons of chrome cleaners out there. Try to find a gentle one. Yes, you thin the chrome over time.

Flitz can now be found in some hardware stores. A decent cleaner/wax will work. I think a targeted product is most effective if the chrome is hurting.
