Finding The Right Paint

I was wondering if there is a way to find the correct paint for my car. I'm the fourth owner and have no idea what the paint code is. Do I need to go to a shop to get it?

I believe you can run the VIN to get the original colors. There's a Russian website that will decode it for you. Do a search here for "Russian website" and maybe it'll come up.

Oh, and does anyone know a place I can order a can of touch up paint from or am I going to have to go to a spray shop?

Yes, right here

The company is Paint Scratch. Here is the site. http://www.paintscratch.com/ You can order your paint in any amount, from a small touch up kit to paint by the quart. Also, if you want to find your car's original paint, you can find it here. On the front of the car, the cross piece just in front of the radiator has two tags. On of the tags has a series of numbers, one of which is color. So go to Mercedes, year of your car, and you will see all the colors shown with the paint or car color number attached. Write down the numbers, three digits, and there is not to many colors so it is not a big job, and then check the little plate and you will find a three digit number somewhere between 040 and 960. Paint scratch lists the number with a DB in front, I don't think the plate shows that.
