Don't know if you've gotten your answer, but it depends on what year model we're talking about. If it's a 1972-1979 year model R107, the horn cover should fit 1976-1979 W123s. If it's a 1980-1985 R107, the horn cover should fit 1980-1985 W123s. The 1986-1989 R107s shouldn't fit, unless you come across some sort of non airbag equipped model.
