Interior 29 year old sticker over defrost elements
Hi! I just got a 1983 240D.
Unfortunately it has a college sticker on the interior of the rear window over two of the heating elements. I would really like this sticker gone, as I have ordered a custom-made aluminum plate that says "TOGETHER WE CHOSE A MERCEDES" just like the one in Guy Grand's 600 in The Magic Christian and the college sticker will cover it up. Also, I didn't go to that college & don't care about it. Anyway, it is the clear plastic type. It's not brittle but it certainly doesn't want to come off. I don't want to use a razor because I like my defroster heating elements. What should I do? Thanks! Michael |

Heat it up with a hair dryer to get the adhesive to start to release, thats what we do to get graphics off old work trucks that we sell.
