Washing a dusty car that has not been washed since re-paint.

Hello. I have a car that I got back from the paint shop almost two years ago. I finally want finish a couple of things up on it and get it back on the road. The concern is that it has been sitting in my garage and is covered in dust. It may be worse that I just completed a remodel and there is certainly sawdust on the car. I have not touched it in fear of scratching it. A friend was over and he suggested that I blow the car off with compressed air and then spray it down with glass cleaner. Not sure that I like the idea of using glass cleaner on my paint.

With that said what is the best way to clean this car that I should have covered? Thanks. The paint is is a clear coat Glasurit finish.
