Products
I have not found or seen and products that "made dash cracks completely disappear". There is some talent out there but -the results are not to my liking. Have you looked at coverlay products for replacing the dash?

I once found a guy who was a miracle worker. Replaced several panels on my learther seats for next to nothing ($300). Beautiful job. Anyway, I asked him about the two cracks in my dash, and he said he could fill them in but they would come back in time and after the sun had hit them.
My recommendation: Get a dash cover. I had one on my 380SL, and unless you knew it was a cover, you'd swear it was the original dash. The covers are relatively cheap. Here's a link, in case you're interested: http://www.coverlaymfg.com/E_Store/Dash_Covers/Foreign/Mercedes/ |

The dash caps are an "economical" solution to the common cracking problem of our dashboards, but there are some drawbacks. The fit is close to pefect, but not perfect. It helps to sand or grind down the crack ridges so that you have a flat gluing surface. The dash cap has speaker grill holes molded into the top, for those cars with dash mounted speakers, and to access the speakers in the future would require carefully "ungluing" the dash cap.
