where to buy euro headlights for 1993 300D ??

does anyone have a dealer that sells the euro hella or bosch HEADLIGHTS for less than $500 for a 1993 300D ?

(I did a search and called most of dealers listed, but they do not have these headlights to fit my car).

The dealer is not your source for euro lights. I would start by calling Phil. His number is on the fastlane or buy parts buttons above. If that is not a good source, keep watching the Parts Forum on this site and you will probably find a set.

Also place a want to buy post in the Parts forum.

Good luck,

Simple. For W124 Hella Euro lights, contact PUMA:

http://www.puma-access.com

Call them and ask for Paul. They sell a kit which includes, IIRC, new orange/amber turn signals, 6-pin connectors, all 8 bulbs, and a wiring diagram for something like $425 plus S&H. I guarantee this is about the lowest price you will find for a complete Bosch or Hella kit. Only the TYC/Depo copies are cheaper. PUMA also carries the 500E Hella Euros which have a pencil-beam driving light instead of fog lights, which I prefer... plus the look better (but cost more!)
