Turbo question

Does the oil feed line on the turbo take a gasket? If so what is it called so I can get one? Also, after my engine swap, (83 D to 82 SD) my oil pressure gauge pegs before you even start the car..... even with the wire on the filter housing disconnected what is this grounding out on?

Any suggestions welcome,
