I just replaced the rotted piece of foam tubing that I believe directs the AC condensate out of the black AC box and through the fire wall. But I still got water on the floor when driving with the A/C on. I noticed some condensation on the exterior of the AC box. Are there any other drain ports on the box? Where else could the water be coming from?

It is not coming from the sunroof drain pan--all rock solid -- or windshield gasket.

The water is on the driver's side--both front and back.
