The only real way to know about compatibility is to look in a Hollanders Interchange Manual. Many You-Pull-It, junk yards will copy the pages you need at $1 a page.
Having said that, I spent some hours looking at various GM vehicles, and I didn't see any that would work. The compressor may be the same, but the ports/hose connections vary.

The current computer setup of Hollander only lists other MB's with the same compressor. What you need is a late style metric threaded R4 radial compressor, and I don't know that the clutch was used on anything metric other than MB's(but clutches are swapable. I have one I think will fit stashed at work off a late 80's S10 Blazer, has a big Metric sticker on it even. I'll get around to checking further one day.
The old Hollander books might have more detailed info, but all of the stuff that old burned when the office went up eight or ten years ago.

Actually, during early production, MB's were supplied new with SAE threaded R4's. The HVAC FSM makes several references to this effect, i.e., metric is certainly preferable, but not necessary
