I would hate to be seen in

A Ford 'aspire' - Apparently the reason they call it an 'aspire' is because it aspires to be a real car.

A Geo Metro - I actually drove one of these once during my starving college student rent a wreck days....makes one hell of a 360degree handbrake turn though

I used to have a Turbo Sprint.......that car was cool, and damn fast.

shame they killed off that motor when the sprint became the metro.

Ok, so let me get this straight, some of you guys would NOT want to be seen in an H2, or luxury Escalade or a compact car? Has the MB spolied some of you all so much that you are too pompous and snooty to be seen in a Dodge Neon or a Protege? Man, I could never stoop down to that level, I'm not too good to ride in certain cars, never will be, although, I would never want to be seen in a car like this.

Any vehicle:
--that is stretched.
--that has NASCAR pretentions.
--that has at least four exterior goo-gaws that can be traced to J.C. Whitney.
--with foam dice, graduation tassle, or baby shoes hanging from inside rear view mirror.
--with religious inspirational messages plastered on the back.
--made by General Motors during 1988.
--that has tires that scream, "Shiny tire dressing!"
--and, finally... any car that sports a bumper sticker of the winning presidential candidate---added to the car the morning after the official election results are known.

Have ridden in or driven a number of strange or unusual cars, among them '51 Crosley (US), '60 DKW, '64 Avanti, '51 Stude Convertible, '54 Stude Starliner, '56 MB 220S, several '32 Auburns, '32 Duesenberg and on. Didn't own any of the above mentioned cars, although some other years of a couple of them. Would have liked to own any or all, ala Jay Leno. Never rode or drove in a Citroen DS, but any car that can nose up on a hard stop is sure worth some consideration.

So I guess the question for me would really have to be what car would I not want to be seen in as an owner! Would have to agree with the don't want a Honda "bread truck", the Pontack Aztec, esp in Black looks like Darth Vader. Not really fond of the newer ChryCo short windowed vehicles, or Any new Cadillack. Actually don't expect to own any Garb. Mtrs vehicle ever.
