I have done some searches involving cleaning the intake, but still have a few questions.

1.) Must you remove the intake to clean it?

2.) If you do remove the intake, is the gasket re-usable?

3.) Can you use Carb Cleaner to clean it?

Any hints/suggestions will be appreciated.

PS.... I just disconnected the EGR, seems a golf tee got stuck in the vacuum line...
