Vacuum Diagrams
Where can I find complete vacuum system diagrams for my 1983 300SD? I think the things that operate this way are responding slowly and I want to trace out the lines looking for leaks.
Thanks

It should be on the Manual.....either hard-copy or CD version....somebody will post a link, but till then I can not suggest picking at least the CD up more strongly. If you do your own wrenching its going to be worth its weight in gold.

I have the W123 series on CD and I can't find a diagram of the vaccuum system. Trust me, I looked since I have a engine shut off problem with my '83 TD. The manual tells you how to troublehsoot, but no actual diagram. I found a diagram in my Haynes manual of the central locking system, but that was it.

You'll find vacuum diagrams linked left right and center if you search this forum. You could even try the sticky topic at the top of the list on DIY pages, it has links to vacuum diagrams.

Thanks, Where did those diagrams come from? I could not find them on the MB factory service manual CD.
