getting down and dirty

so, im going to be getting down on the ground and dirty. lol
Oil change, air filter, all the little things i KNOW how to do... one problem.... i dont know how to tell what parts i need, even in FastLane im getting 3-4 options...
'85 300D Turbo, 208K, ummm, dont know what else you need to know.. lol
