KKK Turbo wastegate adjustment

KKK Turbo wastegate adjustment

I have a 84 300 turbo diesel and the wastegate adjustment location is very close to the inside finder ,there is about 2 inches of clearance. Has anybody
adjusted one of these with normal tools or without raising engine up to gain access. Thanks
