compression leak at injector
After replacing all the injectors on my 603 I have one where tiny bubbles emerge from around the base of the injector. I cleaned the seats and used new metal sealing washers. If the prechamber is leaking, will the bubbles come from around the base of the injector or from furthur out? Maybe I should torque it a little more? I am at 80NM now. Also, will a tiny leak there be a problem? The engine runs fine.
Thanks, Brian

injector leak at head
First check and make sure the fuel isn't coming from the fuel return hoses and running down to the base of the injector. Good head, gasket, injector base and torque, then you should see no leaking (check injector line's themselves for leaks, but the return hoses are very vulnerable to leaking.

"bubbles"
Dual post this one on the "TECH" side!

Ralph sorry I didn't mean fuel leak, it's a compression leak. The tiny bubbles are air and they appear when I spray brake cleaner around the base of the injector.

i would not worry about it.definately do not overtorque your injectors.this sounds like an insignificant compression loss and it will probably seal on its own.
