stange sound from engine bay

I guys, my car developed a strange type of wisteling sound when accelerating, it seems to come from somewhere around the power steering pump, it sounds like a bad bearing sound, and sometimes when i take my foot from the accelerator i hear a "grrrrrr" sound, what gives????
