Power From 82' 300d

POWER from 82' 300D

I purchased a 82' 300D. From what ive read here the car does pretty good. i can run 0-60mph in 10-11 seconds...its a beautyfull car, the best ive ever driven..but hey...im young and I so need more power. ive turned my ALDA all the way up, that helped on low end, but after that i cant really tell a difference...is there any way to get big power, without a big budget...i'd like to get 200hp, well id like to get more, but i dont really see that happening without affecting my net worth...please help....

PS--my tachometer is out, ive already tried the cardboard cut out thing, anymore ideas...it works occasionally..but not always...when it does it jumps up and down...and eventually goes out a gain....
