Tell Me He's Joking
I'm looking at the possibility of buying a W124 diesel some time this year and came across this item recently. It's a local seller, so it really piqued my interest. However, with 261,000 miles, I think $7,500 is much too steep for this model. Kelley puts it around $3,400 for a good condition model. I could see asking for more if it's in cherry condition and the engine/tranny have been rebuilt.
I have not seen it yet, but wanted some quick opinions from the forum reg'lars ![]() Here's the link: http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=195460281&dealer_id=57407088&car_year=1991&search_type=used&make=MB&transmission=&distance=0&model=300D&address=27513&make2=sel_one&certified=&advanced=y&max_mileage=&max_price=&bkms=1138307191497&min_price=&end_year=1995&color=&start_year=1987&drive=&isp=y&engine=&body_style=SEDAN&doors=&fuel=Diesel&lang=en&cardist=1
