SLS Rant

I was visiting my girl today and just for "fun" I opened the big SLS cap. At first I thought all was well but then realised that the filter was missing I then came to the conclusion that the spring in the glove box was for the missing SLS filter after all. Have I done serious damage to my car by driving it this way? I never thought to check the filter. I checked the fluid level weekly. I should have known in the fall when I bought her that something wasn't right. Everyone I have come in contact with outside of this forum has no idea what the SLS is or for! I ask all the flea-bayers if the SLS is working on the latest "cherry" they are trying to pawn off and none even know what/where it is!!! I just want to scream on top of large buildings " Attention all TD owners! Your car has SLS and it may or may not be working! If the rear sags you have probably neglected one of the more expensive items that is the easiest to maintain! The insinuation that the rear shocks- a cheap fix- need replacing is wrong! You should all go sit in the corner with your dunce hats on! Thats all for my rant, never mind I haven't smoked in 4 days
