Where do I tap into the coolant for heat exchanger. Where W124 OM603 1987 300D

I need to tap into the hot coolant of my diesel engine and route it through a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger will heat vegetable oil.

It's not obvious to me as to where to tap the outflow and the return. Any advice?
