Manual, nice condition

This seems like a solid price given what TDs are going for nowadays. Interested to know if there's more to the story about why it's on non-op though.

$6,900.00 300TD

It could well be a good one, I'd want it up on a hoist to check for rust & collision damage ~ it has newer license tags, could me a thing, could be nothing .

Cold AC is a very good thing .

I see some rust, and it appears to be a column shift automatic (can't tell if it has a third pedal). The seats are not original to the car.

The paint clearly shows out door storage.....

It might be a nice car to up fix but depends on how it looks in person .

Even in Southern California these usually have rusty floor and trunk pans .

As usual, I'm broke so...

That's a nice one *but* the underhood pictures belie the rest .

Maybe a really good look underneath and test drive is in order .

I can't see it being worth this much even though it's a nice rig .

This one has me thinking really hard. The build is documented on his youtube account.

It's quite a lot of $ for such an old car ~ it could be a dream come true or a nightmare .

If you're willing to take on a clearly stated not road ready project this could be rewarding but never forget : the amount of $ thrown into a car has zero value when it's time to sell it on...

1987 Mercedes 300 SDL - $7995

139K

He made an error, saying it has 8 cylinders. But OMG, what a gorgeous car. Incredible bargain. Inflation adjusted, that car sold for $100k new. Probably has 170k or more left on it.

Don't have time to post the pics, maybe later.

Only a bargain if you do a PPI at a reputable specialist
