Car Bowling? waste of a good benz

saw folks doing incredibly stupid things on TV last night.

on a TV show called Maximium Exposure (it came on while I was on the phone with the girlfriend) was a segment on car bowling.

the premise is this: take a bunch of cars, stand them on the bumpers(front or rear) like dominos, maybe 20 feet apart, then smash into them full speed. you get a point for each car that completely flips over your "bowling car" and lands on the groud behind you. if it stays on top, no point.

the first guy to go was a german and was driving a 123 series sedan with euro lights and hit the first car going at least 60. WOW!!! made it thru 8 cars before stopping .

the sissy american hit going about 20 mph and anly scored one point.

what a waste of a nice looking benz. but if someone put a gun to my head and made me do it, I can't imagine a better car.

notice how well the MB stood up?

After all of the cars flipping over onto the roof of the Benz, the passenger comparment was hardly damaged (I know he had a roll cage in there ) but the other car only had one land on it's roof and it was almost flattened.

A friend of mine called me up after seeing it saying: I know now why you got that old Benz
