1982 300td turn signals dont work

My turn signals stopped working. The emergency flashers still work, I checked the fuse and all the lights and the bulbs are good. What should I check next?
Thanks in advance for the help.

I would say check the semaphore actuators before you corrected the year model

Unrelated - do you have pictures of the 220D? Is it a Binz conversion? One of my favorite toy cars was a 1:43rd 114/5 Binz ambulance. Corgi, possibly.

On a 123 there are 2 fuses that operate the turn signals.

F2 is the unswitched fuse that runs almost everything in the car that stays on.
F12 is the switched (on in position II) fuse.

There is a contact in the hazard switch that chooses which power source to use for the rest of the circuit.
The "off" position chooses F12 and the "on" position chooses F2.

There are a couple other contacts in the hazard switch that bypass the contacts in the stalk so that both sides blink all the time.

If your hazards work correctly but the turns don't then the problem is either F12 is blown or the hazard switch is bad. If F12 is blown you would be out a lot of other things like your brake lights and gauges.
