1987 190E Different Intake Manifold Gaskets

I'm having trouble getting my 190E going again after replacing the Head Gasket.

I noticed that the new inlet manifold gasket has an extra hole in the middle (part no. 102 11? 02 80) when compared to the original gasket (part no. 102 141 04 80).

Is the new gasket an updated part ? or is it for a different model.

thanks
Doug McCutchan
