Intake manifold weeping oil

I have an intake gasket on order and I have searched old posts, but I still don't have a handle on the oil weeping from the intake manifold. Is that excessive oil, stuck EGR, or normal? Will it cause harm? The cars runs great, 13 sec 0-60, 34 mpg, quiet and smooth (1993 300D 2.5T, 150,000), any ideas?

Probably a bad o-ring btw the EGR output and the IM.

Is it leaking from where the runners attach to the head or where the crossover pipe attaches to the intake manifold?

I suppose you can fit a new gasket. If oil consumption is a quart or less in 4-5000 miles then there's no pressing need. If oil consumption is closer to a quart every 1000 miles then the gasket is the least of your problems.
