AAA / bumper mishap

Had my wife's 300D towed to mechanic (new half shaft & Glow plug relay).

I rolled the car onto the AAA guy's flatbed. He hooked chains to the back bumper to secure, and almost ripped the bumper off. It came "un-welded" on the bottom half of the supports.

Has anyone ever dealt with AAA when it comes to getting something like this fixed? My mechanic has a spare bumper, but hasn't given me the cost just yet. I assume I will have him replace it, and then get AAA to pay for the cost, but am hoping someone has better experience, and can give me advise as to claiming the repair.
