Will this really go into an 83 300SD?

Hi there,

I saw this link (http://www.performanceproducts4benz.com/productpage.aspx?pid=101426&name=Center+Console+Box). It claims it will fit all 126 chassis for my model year. However, looking at the interior of my car, I have no idea where it would go or fit.

Any ideas?
