Flex disk warning
My rear flex disk is showing slight signs of cracking and is on my list of items to replace, however I need to drive on a 700 mile trip this weekend. If the flex disk is going to fail will it give any sort or warning sign before it lets go? I don't want to tear up the underside of the car!
 Should I take the wife's car this weekend?

If you don't have time to replace it before you go, take the wife's car.
Don't let a relatively inexpensive repair turn into a major one.

flex disk make noise
flex disk make noise when they go bad....
whine.....what happens is the bolt holes wollow and become loose inside the rubber....they will function a long time...
