GP light never goes out
It then stays on after start up for 5 seconds or so. I have tested the leads off the gp relay going to the plugs and they all ohm pretty much zero and they are brand new. I replaced the gp relay with no change.
Where do I go from here? It is on a 93 300D 2.5turbo.

Check the power before and after the relay to be sure it really is killing power to the GP's. You can get bad relay's out of the box.

The gp's are working fine and there is power until the relay shuts off(25secs or so). When the relay shuts off that is when the light goes off. If the car is started say 10secs after the turn of the key, the light goes off after th remaining 15secs.
Any ideas????
