'87 300SDL front brake disc/caliper replacement

I scared myself today: As I was putting the spare wheel on because of a fat screw in my tire I routinely checked the brakes. The 'inside'-pad came off its backing plate, the rotors look terrible and the 'outside'-caliper seems to be frozen which probably caused the failure of the 'inside'-pad. I noticed a bad vibration (more like a shaking of the entire car) when braking from 60+ mph and I already figured that there is a problem with the brakes, well, now I know. I like to read before I take my car apart and there is no repair manual for this one, so are there any special tools or techniques required to replace the calipers and rotors? I've done it on a W123 which was not a problem.
