im confused

on the W123 their is only one lower ball joint?

reason i ask is the tech that looked at my suspension said to me while checking the drivers side UCA then to the lower ball joint he said their isnt one but their is one on the passenger side..

and fastlane lists that the per car quantity of the LBJ is one... whats up with that?
