Changing Glow Plugs Questions

I am going to change the glow plugs on my 93 300D 2.5L. Since I have never done this and reviewing the forum threads please help me clarify my thinking of what must be done as I understand it.

1. Remove the crossover

2. remove the accelator linkage

3. remove the glow plugs and replace and apply anti-seize to the glow plug threads before reinstalling

4. replace with oem glow plugs

5. when disconnecting the accelator linkage, only remove the accelator linkage only

Questions:

1. Do I replace the gp's with factory plugs or use the fast start plugs

2. Do I need to use a reamer and if so what precautions must I accomplish to insure no carbon buildup gets into cyclinders

3. Any tips in performing this task
