just got some here in houston too at autozone. i looked everywhere for it, walked in there to pick up something else and there it was, with coupon(rebate). flushed out the green stuff that PO had put in there and did a citric flush as well. and degreased it. actually, nothing yucky, scummy or bad came out when i did the citric flush. lucky me.
the clerk at autozone said they had just started carrying the Zerex and wasnt sure how long they would have it either. it wasnt in permanent inventory at this store he said.

well that is given that the clerk really knew what he was talking about. i mean, he did look it up in the system when i asked him how long they had been carrying it. but at the same time, those clerks have told me some crazy things, like parts that dont match would work anyway.

if anyone in houston is looking, i know that autozone at on 1960 near kuykendahl has tons of it right now, with the rebate. its not far from my house.

They don't have the rebate, but you can find Zerex G-05 at Pep Boys on the east bound feeder road of the North Loop between Ella and N.Shepherd/Durham.

They have it at the AutoZones down here in Mississippi....

You have to ask the parts guys for the coupons...they are hidden under the sales counters....2 gallons per customer....got my 2 gallons and mailed in the $10.00 paperwork today....

The first sales guy told me it was not on sale and did not have coupons...??

I waited till the other guy was finished with a customer...asked him and he pulled them out...!?!??

Customer service at these parts places is really starting to suck......

I just went by Autozone and got 2 gallons. They had the rebate slips behind the counter in a box which have to be filled out and returned with receipt. It is good for $5 off one gallon or $10 off for two gallons. It cost about $10 +tax for one gallon. Says on the back copies are not allowed so you have to get the slip.Also one rebate per address.

Manager at AutoZone in Pelham, Alabama didn't know anything about rebate, but checked and printed the rebate form. So ask even if you don't see the forms.
