What is a good 80 300sd parts car worth

I have got a couple of W116 300sd cars that I am about to sell. One of them I bought for a parts car and I am wondering what its value is. I will try to give you as much detail as I can about it in hopes to get a ball park value.
1980 300sd running car. Only rust spot is a small quarter size area on the truck seal lip. Paint is poor shape. A few small hail dents on the hood and roof. Engine runs nicely with a little smoke on start up (needs glow plugs). Starter is funny about engaging sometimes(probably a broken tooth on the starter or flywheel) Transmission flares on 3-4 shift (vacuum leak most likely). Tires are worn and brakes are mushy. Could use a couple of glow plugs. (does not like to start when cold) Front windshield is cracked and the gaskets are dry rotted (leaks). Interior is in decent shape, seats are in good condition, headliner clean and intact, dash cracked in a couple of places, carpet could be cleaned up to be in good condition, wood all intact but hase the usual finish cracking, driver window operates, all others regualtors are worn out. All lights work, instrument cluster (trip/odometer inop), antenna broken, A/C inop. Car is complete and with some work could be road worthy (brakes, a little mechanical work) but would make a great parts car. Any ideas of what it is worth given the above description. Thanks
