OK, I am in NC and my 78 300D gotta GO

anybody got a clue what to ask for it? it was a PA car, so a fairly good amount of rust... also I belive the head gasket is blown.
otherwise a good claim. yellow outside, tan interior. new ACC, then head blew.
114K on the clock. PM if you want it.
post me approx value. I really can't see anyone buying it to fix, but maybe for a parts car. I may part out the radio, ACC and seats, and Dash cluster, then Crush the rest... let me know.
