$13 OK for 3 air filter rubber mounts?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Air-Cleaner-Mounts-Mercedes-Benz-240-300-d-sd-123-126_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ43946QQitemZ300089309561QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWD1V

With shipping to my place about $13, is that good for my 1982 300TD?

I've got a like a billion of those- they are free at the yards here. If people want them, send me a buck and I'll send you up to three. Oh, on second thought- nevermind sending the buck- just ask me and be good to your neighbor instead.

If anyone else wants them drop me a PM with your address and I'll do my best to get them out to ya- let me know if you need one two or three. Dont be greedy. If you want to paypal me a buck after you get them, fine. Dont do it until you get them, though. Seriously I think I have 20. But the yards here always have them. I stopped getting them after I had more than fingers and toes.

JWJ,

THe reason the brackets break is poor design The bracket isn't thick enough to resist vibration which work hardens it. It then becomes brittle and breaks.

I made brackets out of thicker steel and they haven't broken.

Don't believe everthing you hear.

All of the heat shields I replaced had an extra little drain hole to alleviate such a thing.

Wouldn't the heat generated by the turbocharger evaporate any standing water...
